Our Approach
Therapeutic Methods
I believe that healing happens through authentic connection, compassion, and recognizing the strengths you already possess. My journey as a counselor, addiction specialist, and military veteran has shaped my understanding that life can be challenging, but no one should have to face those challenges alone. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where children, adolescents, young adults, adults, veterans, and families feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow.
My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, focusing on your unique experiences, values, and goals. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing to tailor treatment to your individual needs. Above all, I believe therapy is a partnership—one built on trust, authenticity, and hope. My goal is to help you develop practical tools, build resilience, and rediscover the direction and purpose that guide you toward your true north.
"I believe every person has the capacity for healing and growth. Sometimes we just need support, perspective, and someone willing to walk alongside us on the journey." — Eric Jones, MS
